Student records are confidential and securely maintained by the institution. The school will not disclose a student’s educational or personal information without the student’s written authorization, except as permitted or required by law.
Protected information may include, but is not limited to:
- Academic records
- Accumulated hours
- Grades
- Financial information
- Disciplinary information
- Personal and contact information
- Administrative documentation
Students have the right to:
- Request to review their educational records
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Authorize or restrict disclosures permitted by law
- Receive reasonable protection of their personal information
Official requests for copies of records, transcripts, or administrative documentation may be subject to administrative fees established by the institution. Requests for official records or additional copies carry a $30.00 USD administrative fee per request, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
GLAM Beauty Academy may disclose information when required by regulatory agencies, audits, legal proceedings, accreditation, state licensing, or other legally authorized circumstances. The school implements reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of student information, including limiting access to authorized personnel. All requests regarding student records must be submitted through school administration during administrative hours.
